Opportunities for Giving

West Falmouth Library has been an independent community gathering space since 1879. As an historic nonprofit, 90% of our funding comes from donors like you, thank you! Donations to West Falmouth Library are tax deductible, our EIN is 04-2214857.

Planned Gifts

Planned gifts are a way for you to establish a legacy at the Library that will extend far beyond your lifetime. For information on how to include the Library in your estate plans through a bequest, beneficiary designation, charitable gift annuity, charitable remainder trust, charitable IRA rollover, and more, please call the Library at 508-548-4709 or email Acting Executive Director Allison Strickland at allison@westfalmouthlibrary.org

Sponsorship

The Library welcomes underwriters for many of its children’s programs as well as other special events. If you are interested in sponsoring a program or activity, please contact Allison Strickland at allison@westfalmouthlibrary.org

West Falmouth Library is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

The Annual Fund supports operations — including purchases of library materials, funding for programs and events, building maintenance, salaries, supplies, utilities, and more.

The Capital Campaign supports longer term needs such as increasing our endowment and improving our ability to pursue our strategic goals.

If you are visiting the Library we have annual fund donation envelopes available in the entry area or you may ask a staff member for one. We accept checks or credit cards. Using a credit card gives you the ability to pay monthly for your gift amount.
